McHenry Junior Warriors Pom & Cheer is a not-for-profit organization for school aged children.  The organization was established to allow children to experience the fun, enthusiasm, sportsmanship, and self-confidence related with cheer and dance.  We are a non-tryout, no-cut program, with 260+ participants ranging from first through eighth grade. 

As a not-for-profit organization, we rely on sponsors for many things.  A donation from your establishment would be greatly appreciated to help us through the 2013 season. We are accepting donations now for the 2013 season, or you may send in your donation when your 2013 budget is set.  In order to set the budget for our organization we try to collect as many sponsorships as possible by June 15th.

The following are some of the expenses that we incur on a yearly basis:

• First aid supplies
  
  
• Office supplies; paper, printing and postage.
  
  
• Music supplies; CDs, cassette tapes, boom boxes and batteries for boom boxes.
  
  
• Uniforms and shirts.
  
  
• Recognition awards and end of year party.
  
  
• Facility rental fees for practices.
  
  
• Insurance

The fee for sponsoring our organization is $150.00.   In return, you will receive the following as a thank you from MJW:

• Plaque with a picture of the team you are sponsoring
  
  
• Your logo or name displayed on the Sponsor Page of the MJW web site
  
  
• Link to your web site from MJW web site
  
  
• Link to your Facebook page from MJW Facebook page
  
  
• Logo or name placement on the 2013 Sponsor Shirt (given to all MJW participants)
  
  
• One 2013 Sponsor Shirt
  
  
• A custom message (or "Shout Out") on our Online Donation Page
  
  Please note that due to the time in which our t-shirts are printed, donations must be received by June 15th for the logo to be included on the sponsor t-shirt.  Sponsorships received through October 15th will receive a sponsor plaque.

If $150.00 is not an option, any contribution you could give to help support our organization, would be greatly appreciated.  As a thank you for your donation you will receive the following from MJW.

If interested in sponsoring MJW, please complete and return the Sponsor Form with payment.  If you prefer to pay by credit card, you can complete the Online Donation Form.  For online donations, someone from MJW will be in contact with you regarding the details that should be included for your sponsorship.
